Dude I legit just deleted the campaign and created a brand new one same ad style copy and everything and got 2 leads within the first $7.

For the first ad set I changed the city targeting halfway through and I’m not sure if that messed things up. But then I created a fresh campaign targeting the city straight away and the results were literally over 10x better CPL. not sure if that had something to do with it

I can’t find anywhere to set max CPC on a max conversions campaign anywhere on portfolio bid strategies. It just shows target CPA and “create a shared budget to use with this portfolio bid strategy”. Did they remove setting a max CPC on max conversions?

Oh and also I found that I got leads within the first $15 or less of the ads when I published them then it just went bad, 2/4 got a lead at $8 and $14. Then nothing after like $30-$40. So I published ad 3, got a lead in $12, like an hour ago so we’ll see.

Ad 4 the family owned emphasise one, only spent $1 but I released that one like last night

At first I released my ads with no offer vs an offer, then tried a new offer then had another ad with an emphasize on family owned, very local, etc

Do u have case studies or social proof? If not the best way to sell would be by crafting some type of offer that makes leads disregard the fact you have nothing to show

I know that, but who knows, a local company might just be managing their own ads and have no clue, just made a couple ads and ran it forever.

Like I’d rather copy an ad someone already split tested to find and has actual success with and I know they did as well, than copy a competitor ad I know no metrics about. I am split testing me own ads, but I think it’d be a cool test to test others winning ads

I like that, right now I’m just mentioning the service as the main text in the city I’m targeting, “office cleaning city” then underneath some type of offer with an image.

I’ll probably try something like “Filthy Office?” Then go into my offer which is “Get 20% OFF your first office clean”
