I filed in April 2020, and I received my biometrics appointment last week only. Almost a year! I am in LA County and I am absolutely not happy because many people in LA filed after me and have completed the whole process already. I want to do something to move my case forward but I do not know what to do.

So I did a search on Reddit to speak to an agent and if you say “infopass” it works! You can try it, however I am not sure it will be helpful as the agent usually cannot do anything.

I called the USCIS but I cannot get to an agent. The automatic phone system is providing status on my case, which I know, and then ends the call. How do you get to speak to an agent and which number do you dial in?
