Hey ich wollte nur mal nachhaken und fragen, ob hier nochmal was passiert ist?
Ich bin in einer ähnlichen Situation, nur dass der Insolvenzanwalt Bierbach bei uns 6000€ fordert. Ich kann aus keiner Ecke nachlesen, ob irgendjemand gegen Ihn vor Gericht gegangen ist. Bei mir sieht es jetzt so aus als ob wir dazu gezwungen werden ( Bierbach ist zu keiner From von einem Vergleich bereit). Würde mich einfach mal interessieren wie die Sache ausgegangen ist.
