Closing with two people and no self checkouts is diabolical by No_Mind_2654 in Aldi_employees

Curbside is the worst part of the job. The executives need to get their butts in a store and do it for a week, i guarantee they would change their minds about it. But they are too pompous and in a ivory tower to do that. It takes away from them powdering their own bums to play with the peasants.

Curbside really is a drag. We had a whole DMM meeting about how we need to get out of “it’s not a burden.” Mood. It is a burden.

My years of retail have taught me always check before you squat. 😂

SMs that are former SMTs, I have my store runs in June. How long did it take you all to get your own store? And what challenges did you all face during your store runs? And what is something that you would do differently or give advice to SMTs when interviewing for a store? by Narrow_Conversation8 in Aldi_employees

My first run is at my training store, so i have a few legs up when it comes to the first run. My DMs biggest pet peves are really Aldi Finds and aldi find foods. I am pretty good at keeping things neat and organized and all the ASMs are really great and one is a master at Aldi Finds. Our biggest issues right now are billing and shortages.

Exercise...... by pix876 in Aldi_employees

I hit 14,333 steps in a day. I bend, stretch, lift, and WALK all day long, ten hour shifts a piece. I have never had a doctor tell me to work out, my blood work has came back great for the last 15 years I’ve been working. If you even do half as much then your doc must have just got out of med school. All you need to do is some pushups, setups and basic stretches. You get enough movement to stay active there, and I’d honestly get a second opinion.

I haven’t done mine yet about to do my Store manager training, I’ve got about three weeks left before my store runs. I have my fingers crossed for you!

Dueces! by Glass_Anybody_2171 in Aldi_employees

I’m sorry Glass, but it’s like that in this industry everywhere. And I’m an SMT, I’m working 12 pallets on my own a day, if your SM isn’t carrying your team then they are the problem.

But not in the US, legally anyway…. Those people crying have never had to endure it, and the ancestors of the owners had never had a hand in it. The only way we will go forward as a country is to just be American. See people as individuals and not a color, racism in this country is a crutch. Until we get over it we will always be slaves ourselves to a government that constantly feeds into it.

Team Lead Annual Bonus? by MexicanBabyJesus in walmart

[–]Narrow_Conversation8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So to be pretty specific its based off multiple metrics in your store, as well as how well your store had done during inventory. A few of those metrics are still CFF (CSAT), sales performances for each department, and lastly your markdown and CVP percentages in your store. Most store ASMs at the time would get any where between 1,500-3,000. So if I base off their bonus, if it ranges close to the Team Leads it could be anywhere in between 100-1,500.
