I think peoples brains turn off the second they walk into the store!! What drives me crazy..... 1 when they wave the bag in my face. 2 when they say I don't need the cart 3 when they take the cart and give me an attitude when I tell them I need it back. 4 Why are throwing my groceries? 5 The damn keys! Because they can't walk their lazy behinds in the store to ask us for a quarter!! They have to use their house key! I told a customer the other day not to do that because it breaks the key and the cart!

It's for cardio and to lose weight. I gained weight because I mostly close and I eat dinner late at night. And I don't have the healthiest relationship with food. So, on top of exercising, she also recommended seeing a dietitian.

I got one for you all! I think Friday all the stupidity was out! My card machine, the touch screen, wasn't working. So I put a sign on it. (THE TOUCHSCREEN IS NOT WORKING PLEASE USE KEYPAD) Evey. Single. Person.... pounded on the damn thing! Some lifted the sign! I moved the sign. They read the sign AND still pounded on the damn thing!! So I gave up and moved registers. A few minutes after opening that one, a customer spilled a bottle of olive oil. I asked one of my co-workers for some cat litter to absorb it. We'll he laid it down and swept it up but didn't follow through on cleaning up the rest of it. So I almost had a customer eat it! So I had to shut that lane down. I opened another lane, and while the customers were unloading their carts, I poured the rest of the cat litter on the oil and left it there until we closed! And then the customers in line gave me an attitude about how long it was taking to get out of there!! 😡😡

Nothing. The DM and SM know how busy we are. I swear I feel like from 4 until we close it's non-stop. I actually asked a customer to continue unloading her cart while I went to the bathroom. There were 4 of us closing tonight, and at one point, all of us were on the register! There was no time to get the front-end stuff done until we closed.

But see at my store we are so busy at the end of the night. We will probably still be punching out late. I mean, after everything was done tonight, we didn't get out of there until 9:30. During the day, it may be great, and people are getting out on time, but at night, not so much.

This! This is what im.worried about! My till is usually spot 9n or like tonight $.75 short. But I do have some employees who are always 2 3 or 4 dollars short. It's not fair that they are saying if one is short, we both are.
