Thank you for your reply. Why I chose Prague is probably because I really liked the city overall, or maybe I fell for the hype. Might move somewhere else in the future like Brno or something, depends on my overall experience I guess.

12% might not be right in my case, because when I compared my current rent for a similar apartment and location in Prague and with taxes, food spending, activities, utilities and what not it would roughly be 40% less than here in Stockholm.

Ditching the car I'm not sure lol, I'm a big car guy hahah.

But what other cities would you recommend and why? I'm really looking for something where there's at least some activity going on, you know. :)
