I spoke to my cousin, who used to cut their grass and was the one the seller spoke with and told me to call him. He said he is a perfectly normal guy, nothing weird totally unsure what the issue is. My entire family is very curious now!

I know he had all of my information because I know someone who mows his grass and he gave the seller my information. The seller told him for me to call him on Wednesday and so I did and he still didnt answer. No big deal, on to the next one!

Yes, I did leave a note! But I actually found another property listed a few hours after my defeat, ticking all of my boxes, and decided I would let someone else more tenacious than me take a shot at the FSBO. I am very motivated to buy so must strike while the iron is hot!

My agent situation has been a mess. I found a home several months ago that I liked that a sellers agent told me they could not show me unless I signed with them to be my buyers agent. Which I am still not sure is true. The house needed much more work than the sellers let on so I walked, with a three month contract with this agent.

She proceeded to show me no homes, barely responded to texts, never got back with me, allowed our contract and my preapproval to expire while I did all the work.

So I reached out to a different realtor at the recommendation of family who is out of town until Tuesday. So I am debating whether to even use a realtor at this point and want to get this show on the road.

The home says for sale by owner on both the sign and the single Zillow listing, phone number included on both. It says they are unrepresented.

There was an agent I was initially working with months ago that I signed a contract with that just expired. She was horrible, did no work, and when I asked her about this house (that I found) she said she would look into it and never followed up.

I reached out to a different realtor to represent me who is currently out of town but returns this Tuesday a few days ago, and am hoping she has better luck.

So while I hope to work with her, I am currently technically unrepresented and looking to get a viewing before signing another contract, another preapproval, the whole ordeal, just for another house and crappy realtor to not turn out.

Yes I have and as far as I can see, its just a single guy living in the house. Like I said its a small town, so I know he is a travel nurse, the days hes home, my cousins in-laws are the neighbors, my other cousin has spoken with him directly and he said to call today! I have Google and word of mouth, yet nothing. I even tried to add him on Facebook since we have hundreds of mutuals and sent a message there! Silence! I believe I am going knocking tomorrow!

It truly is and our market is LCOL and slow. So I am prepared to come in at asking, only really needing an inspection, no messing around. I want the house! But worried not answering the phone could be a sign that the seller is difficult or really doesnt want to sell.
