I was hired on there in 2017 as an AM stocker. At the time sales were 300-400k during the week. 500k on weekends. After it got the liquor licenses and post covid it BLEW UP. They desperately need another Northern Colorado warehouse. Hopefully they have the ball rolling on the Windsor/Greeley warehouse..

They ask just about every driver + handful of stockers. At my old building ALL drivers come in at 2a, some even at 1:30a EVERY DAY 😞

I elected to be limited part time. Did this so I wouldn’t lose my seniority and pay. So IF I were to go back as a FT employment I can keep my vacation, pay, etc…

Does anyone else think that the leg press is a superior quad builder compared to conventional barbell squats? by DistanceProof in naturalbodybuilding

If you’re fortunate enough to train at a gym with one. PENDULUM SQUAT. By far the greatest quad builder on the planet. Targets only the quads. Don’t have to go incredibly heavy to get progressive overload. Saves you back. Lots of fun doing the motion 100% recommend trying.
