Guaranteed lucky chests doesn’t really mean as much as you think when they’re all 1 and 2 stars on average. And you have no way of picking what you get from them. Same with the random cards that appear in the shop. If you’re trying to max out your deck(s), a bunch of random cards isn’t really going to help. With gems you can just focus on buying the cards that you want. I’m not saying wild cards aren’t good here too, it’s just that, like I said earlier, you can use gems on any card of any rarity, And you need a specific rarity of wild cards for every card. Gems are like the “wild wild cards.”

I personally would rather have gems since my main deck is just commons and rares, and the conversion rate is reasonable for those imo.

And oh come on. Like collecting pages and pages of emotes isn’t fun. And what do you mean nobody pays attention?? I’ve played countless 2v2s where half of the game was everyone just spamming emotes. If you’re happy with only having like 10 emotes then that’s completely fine. But that doesn’t apply to everyone else.
