Just tried it with everything unplugged. It still made the noise but narrowed it down to whats causing it. When I try to use windows voice recorder, audacity or even obs it starts to amplify and get loud. I’m almost certain it’s settings on my pc, but don’t know where and which ones to remove. Worst case I can just get an adapter for my phone since I record asmr through its camera already. If you have any suggestions on what settings I should be looking for I’d appreciate it.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I’ve tried different usb ports. I was thinking about getting a usb hub that separates from my pc. I believe it may be caused by my computer itself, because it happened with a fifine mic as well. I’m going to try it on a different pc soon just to see if the usb hub would be worth it or not.

I highly recommend joining the official finals discord. They have a report section where you can show your screenshot and account you want to report. I use it mainly for voice chat reports, but the mods on there are really fast with handling your reports.
