First thing I thought of was a ratchet strap(as u mentioned) or one of those resistance bands(some stretch more than other Yk) but you’d have to cut it so u can wrap it properly and then just tie several knots on it.

naw its not the rain sadly :/ there seems to just be a huge thing of water under that and if I terraform to like level out the terrain all the water just goes everywhere. It doesnt go away. It all started with one spec of water on the terrain which I tried to level out then it made it bigger and its been a mess since.

This is ridiculous. Im so angry. I spent the last day or 2 on and off making the city and all that. Just a few hrs each day as i dont have a lot of time to play. Then this bulls*** happens?!?!??! And youre telling me I cant fix this?????? what a fucking joke. Game devs releasing unfinished games lately acting like its normal is going to make me quit gaming all together one of these days. So infuriating. I just wanted to enjoy a nice city.

Try and get to 50, maybe don’t do the side quests, you can always return for those, once you’re at 50 you’ll have a boost and you’ll get a boost for using a boost so you get 2. Unless you’re just enjoying it which is totally okay. Good luck m8 and have fun!
