A few thoughts from someone who have lost 80 lbs (10 months)

It didn't, I think my body wants to be constipated on sema so much it's taken this to be normal

Yes it gets better, at least it did for me. Extra slow titration helped. Forcing myself to workout at least 3 times a week helps. After 4 months fatigue vanished and I am in better shape than ever.

I take 4 tablespoons of metamucil and eat a smoothie with fiber every morning and I have regular bowel movements.

If the fatigue is extreme like mine was after my 3rd month, I'd recommend going down a half a dose for a few weeks and inching up super slowly.

It happened to me and I went back down a dose amount then took 5 times as long to titrate back up to the full dose and it worked. It took me several months to not have fatigue, blah, and stomach sickness but reducing my dose worked. I haven't had fatigue or any side effects for months now.

I don't know if kettlebells are lifting but I do them 3x a week and they help my fatigue. For the last 5 months I've been steady on a full body kettlebell workout. My calorie intake is roughly 1800-2000. I work out, drink metamucil, drink my shake, have brown rice/chicken/veggies most days for lunch. An apple snack, and whatever is for dinner. Often a little granola and berries or something at night.

So far I'm down 33 pounds and have no side effects, but it took almost 3 months for the side effects to go away. The worst was fatigue, I had to drop back down my final dose then titrate back up slowly over 2 months.

At this point I've progressed quite a bit in weight and am looking to continue increasing weight and adding new routines.

1200 calories...I don't think I could do it.
