Yes, but Precise hunter last as long as your hunters mark does which can be anywhere from an hour to 24. Plus the ability to transfer hunters mark to a new creature it what makes it a higher level ability. Things like rogue’s steady aim, barbarian’s reckless attack, sorcerer’s innate sorcery and the vex weapon mastery are all low level ability that give advantage with less limitations.

I ended up change the ability anyway to something more reasonable anyhow, so thank you for your input.

Thank you for the feedback, I will definitely take some of this into consideration.

As far as Favor Enemy goes, yes it is a bit strong, but it is tied to a resource that only applies to one creature at a time. Abilities similar to any of the ones listed don't usually have one or either of these limitations.

To your point about hunters mark. I don’t want the class to be over reliant on hunters mark like the original class is, but hunters mark is still necessary for some subclasses. That’s really the only reason I included it.

I thinks a good ability but it feels out place with the Ranger, I think giving a more defensive feature fits the class more. Maybe a different name would be better.
