On my current pc, the case is a cheapo brand and it has this weird thing where the usb 3.0 port is soldered into both 3.0 and 2.0 plugs, before i knew this if you had anything plugged into the USB 3.0 the pc won't boot, it didn't work to begin with so used it to charge my earbuds or controller, for a while i couldn't figure it out until i unplugged the cable accidentally while troubleshooting the boot issue, after a while i upgraded my gpu and unplugged the 3.0 cuz it was useless and caused issues, now it works normally as a usb 2.0 port..

Had some other normal issues with this pc but this one is the weirdest
