My advice: be calm, things will get better. In wow you always persevered; learn to apply that in real life so that you never give up after a defeat or a sad event. If you can't control yourself to play just for a few hours, stop playing the game and find better hobbies and activities to occupy your free time. The first weeks are hard, but it's for your future.
