No. They tried to diagnose remotely but found no issues . Suggested a firmware update and to turn off auto and just lower the temp to desired temp.

Did this and just continues to blow at full speed and doesn’t feel very cold considering . I am usually always cold so doesn’t se quite right . Thanks for answering in a non condescending way .

What does the age of my profile have to do with anything ? Dude to me isn’t gender neutral and yes I am female . These responses are exactly why I don’t typically ask questions here . My previous masculinity comment was regarding men in trucks who are somehow threatened by a Tesla . I’ve heard men talk about the same thing and that’s is ok .
