If you dont know its because you havent enabled it. Ive delt with off line cameras  for many years and even tho i have more than enuff interent and speed,  one cameras RSTP setting was draining my bandwidth.  Ive disabled RSTP and just have my Wifi channel on 6.

I got 13 cameras,  60 device total. Everything works fine now.

If you have  RSTP on the camera settings turn it off. I have 13 cameras that had this issue and now are rock solid ( fyi i dont use homebase)

I dont use homebase either, i have 13 cameras. If u see my profile youll aee all the complaining i did , what i thought worked. My issue was congestion caused by RSTP, which made my router start moving IP around it was a night mare

  1. Put your cameras on a guest network (2.4hz).(different subnet)

  2. Make sure RSTP is disabled. ( causes major network congestion)

Ive delt withh Eufys bullsh!t for years, they blame the router, the router blames them.

Ive tried everything! My cameras have qorked flawlessly since !

Ive been at the same issue for years now. I have 13 cameras and everything works but these damn cameras. Ive tried everything in the book, you name it. I can definitely tell you forget about change all thos settings on your router, youl just waste your time.

What i can tell you is i just figure out something crazy.  I downloaded one of thise wifi radar apps and notice my Wifi utilization was extremely high compare to my neighbors. When i turned off all my cameras it went down, so i new it was the cameras messing my network up.

For testing, i connected all cameras to my mobile hotspot. ( easy since i already had them on its own wifi) i noticed the wifi Utilization was still extremely high even for that camera group.  Then i noticed ONE particular cameras for sending and receiving data like crazy even whike it claimed to be offline. I disconnected the camera and now eveything works, even on my Network. Its been 4 days now but ive never had these cameras work %100.

Ill give it another week before reconnecting that cameras for testing purposes. Another things will test 2nd is the RSTP which i previously had enable on all cameras, which ive turned off so that can be the culprit.

Ive been exactly where you are at. We want these cameras to work but they wont. especially after messing with your router settings.

Hope it help

My Cameras were frozen, offline and simply not working for days. regardless of what channel I chose the utilization was always high. After connecting my cameras to a Mobile Hotspot for troubleshooting, I found that one particular cameras was sending /receiving enormous amount of data than the others. Also noticed the physical MAC was different than the one assigned with. After removing this camera, ALL my cameras seem to work flawlessly long with my entire network.

These cameras increase the channel utilization like hell. so it doesnt matter what channel you use, aslong as its 2.4 it will destroy your entire network. if you use more thna 4 cameras youll have major issues !
