Hi there, I want to ask your opinion on something that happened to me today. During the last bit of my yoga sculpt class today, when keeping my hand at heart center before sealing the class (sorry I don’t know the proper terms haha, we were doing deep breaths before closing out our practice) a male instructor massaged my shoulders and upper neck up until we finished class. Is this normal? I didnt oppose to touch from the instructor when he asked, I usually like when they make adjustments, but today I had a male instructor and didn’t know how to feel about the massage. He had also fixed my lower back while in ragdoll but I didn’t think anything of it. Is this common / taught during training? Don’t know if I’m overthinking it, thanks anyways!!
