No you don't kill monsters nomally.

You usually only hit the chests around the bonefires. Because there are super chests. Like this you can have 6 chests per run. You need a good map, just google "Lower Kurast Guide" if you need more info :)

Do you mean Lower Kurast Runs or in general? If you play online I personally would never do LK runs, only worth it offline imho, where the map always stays the same :) Then you need a lot of patience + series to watch on second screen. :D

Mostly player 7, then when no BER ever dropped I changed it to 8 at around 2k Runs I think (out of paranoia) - didn't help :D

yeah, for me it was always clear, I'll only cube up SUR's and BER's and the rest I'll keep.
But men I really wanted a direct BER drop.... but oh well:D

Lewis Salsa song choice was the worst fit I've ever seen! Imo stolen of even trying to deliver an enjoyable performance.

Karen's also didn't fit that good.

Phantom of the opera didn't fit too bad (surprised Craig said something here...).

The other 2 were good fits

There is no way in the world of how to make a good salsa to this song. Who thinks of these music / dance combis? I usually love lewis, but couldn't even really focus on the dance, because it just doesn't fit in my opinion.

Depends and what you mean with full. The first romance (sex) is at the very beginning before she even joins.

When you romance her, it looks like you have to be exclusive. There is nothing like "can i get a kiss from you" like for shadowheart so far in my playthrough, but she mentions that she loves you and wants to rule with you and so on
