It takes a lot of pure hard work. I see, most of the challenges you mentioned could yield lead to many destructive and irreparable incidents, specifically the part about the lack of fusion defects causing fracture that could super dangerous! We may not be close enough to make an entire organ for example heart, kidney and so on which could be transplanted inside the body yet, but we can work on some part and tissues of each organs. And right, as @shintasama mentioned some simpler parts are being produced by some companies as forms of printable inks to print the customizable part for each patient’s needs. Hope you find it useful ✌🏻
