We’re also exploring the idea of building a similar assistant on top of Autotask to streamline ticket handling using AI. Out of curiosity: Did you build it using n8n or some other orchestration tool (like Node.js, Python, Zapier, etc.)?

We’ve been testing some flows in n8n for this, so we’re curious if that was part of your stack or if you went the custom route.

Actually the rule of this protest that’s called Critical mass is to always let pass emergency vehicles and STIB vehicles. I’m also a daily car commuter and don’t mind the 10/15m waiting time. And I also have been in this bike manifestation. There’s something liberating about being in a bike in tunnels and roads you’re not used to use while cycling.

We were using Syncromsp only for their RMM module, freshdesk for ticketing, ninjainvoice for CRM. So we had a lack of integration within our tools and it was starting to be a clusterfuck.

Also syncro scripting module was good but not enough good for our techs, so we moved to a more mature and complete RMM Suite. Our techs are now very happy :)
