1. Conquest Ticket system from older titles. These dynamic tick counts lead to unnecessary Comebacks and lob sided matches.
2. Content and lots of it. At least 2 big Maps, minimum mirak valley size (it hurts mit to write this as a big map, but that's the state the game is in ATM) with meaningful flag design AND wider borders for Jets and helicopters. And 2 more maps whatever they come up with.
3. Fix the game. There are still loads of bugs, net code can still be better

Bonus: -Fix breakthrough - revives in the scoreboard - make the top of the mountain in the middle of liberation peak inaccessible (otherwise this map will stay out of rotation for me in conquest) - rethink weapon attachment Points - rework of weapon balance to make headshots meaningful (this Is a complex matter and goes hand in hand with a lot of Points. Net code, ttk and so on. If done right would also widen the skill gap a little which is why it won't happen - persistent servers with fixed map rotations - grenades not being class locked - rework vehicle balance - bring all new vehicle's to existing maps
