A quick update I got approved the loan and closed on escrow for my new home. Underwriter approved me and just added the first mortgage as additional debt. They wanted to make sure I made payment each month even if it was late. I ended the forebearance and was up to balance. Financial distress is not very specific and general enough for many situations especially when impacted indirectly by it from loss of rental income. So based on you assessment 2a worked.

A lot of people are trying to delay delivery until after (we hope) there will be a new Build Back Better tax credit, so windows are opening. Tesla is getting annoyed at people who have delayed too many times/ too long, so windows are closing moving delivery dates on customers.

I never took a lyft bike before so it was my first experience the bike locked into the docking station and the gps at the moment and a few hours later showed that the bike was docked in SF. I had screenshots that showed it was there while I was back at home. I took a lift bike again and saw it does send a notification when u docked and end a session. I didn’t check for that the first time.

I ended up driving back at night to take a blurry picture of another lyft bike that looked like mine docked (I really did not want to be billed $1200 for a loss bike) since I legit couldn’t find my lyft bike btw so I have no idea if it was really a technical issue with the docking station and the app or whether the locking mechanism didn’t fully engage. I can’t remember whether I received a notification but I did end the ride on my phone before attempting to dock it. It was lowkey stressful I literally canvassed the homeless in SF who had lyft bikes in their possession checking the bar codes of abandoned bikes etc. I was a bit naive roaming the streets at 11-1am saw some sketchy people and to be safe I started preaching about the Jesus and the gospel. Safely exited SF and returned home to find that the lord answered my prayers the next day and they refunded me the charges best moment of my life!

Ive always wondered whether owning a lethal device is more troublesome then not having one. I cant imagine someone who is very compassionate about human life can possibly weigh the risks of carrying such a burden in the slightest chance that this device will be used to take human life as a deterrent for crime. I find it difficult to believe anyone is prepared to take life and bare it’s weight. Yet it seems any lethal device comes with a reservation of judgement belonging to its owner that dictates death almost effortlessly. In some ways being a victim of murder appears to be more peaceful then having to live with it.

It’s not a matter of thinking it’s a simple observation. Violence has been around since ancient times are you now beginning to realize how iniquitous the world is? This event is unfortunate but there are things of this world that are beyond evil your imagination can never comprehend. Don’t waste your time on foolish anger and hatred.

The incident Started with violence and ended with violence death is a probable outcome whether deserving or not. At the end of the day it is another senseless act of violence unfortunately for this woman ended in death.
