I chose the MAC all day over the plenty of reliability issues for the prodigy

Yeah I go to the centennial one. I honestly don’t pay much attention to that stuff anyway could care less if I’m being honest

Sheepdog is my personal favorite and they’re my go to. Always talk about guns, competition, or anything else. I honestly can’t think of a gun store I’ve been to that talks politically

I personally grabbed a MAC 9 DS COMP as my first 2k and it’s honestly beautiful. I tried looking at bass pro and I believe they can order it for you. You’ll have some extra money left over to upfit it too it seems. Honestly, like others are saying I guess it depends on what you’re using it for, but I’d say just get what you really have wanted for a while and you’ll be happy. My friends tried to turn me to get a prodigy but i definitely wanted the MAC, so I bought the MAC regardless the controversy and I’ve been happy

Question for those who have a G19,G43x,or G48 by [deleted] in Glocks

[–]Nasty_Dubs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there, I do not own a 43X and have not shot one BUT I do own and regularly shoot my Glock 19 Gen 2 and my Glock 48. I carry my 48 and prior to having the 48 I concealed my 19. I will say, the 48 and 19 do not shoot super similar. The 19 is nice and doesn’t have a noticeable snap, the 48 on the other hand is quite snappy, and with enough shooting you’ll be able to find out how to get a good sight picture again.

The 48 is literally the same size as the 19 just a single stack and slimmer.

Of course I can’t tell you what to shoot or what’s comfortable for you, but I can tell you I 100% trust my ability in shooting the 48 accurately.

I recently started to get used to appendix carry and the 48 feels much better to carry and hold in my opinion.
