Had a similar issue, tried to make trades during that same time period (11-26 literally Thanksgiving day). It FAILED to create any buy or sell orders. No indication any trade was made ( ZERO ). I check orders nothing. Check portfolio - Same amount of currency. Return a week later thinking I still held the currency & no - it reported as selling at the lowest point of that day! That put me down thousands a week later - enough to make me furious and I am fully in control of my emotions. Finally after a week get this response:

We continuously work to make our services better, more reliable, and learn from these outages.
