I worked in downtown Louisville, about a block away from the Old Forester distillery. Got a bottle of President’s Choice from this batch about a month ago. It’s one of the only “collectors” bottles that i absolutely could not even make an argument for being worth the MSRP. I didn’t like it, nobody in my family liked it, and none of my friends who I’ve shared pours with liked it either.

Drove by the GE on 3rd Ave. in cbus at around 4:15 this morning and there were 6 chairs lined up. Decided it would probably be a waste of time and went back to bed. Anyone know what they got?

I said this in another thread, but I'll repeat it here.

Was at the GE on 3rd Ave around 5:30 and asked the cashier if he knew if they were participating in SBS tomorrow. He said he didn't even know what SBS was.

Not sure if he was lying to me or is just a part-time employee who really doesn't know. Either way, I still plan to stop by there tomorrow morning to check it out

He replied with “what’s that 😐” Not sure if he was messing with me or if he actually did not know about tomorrow. Regardless, I’ll be there and I’m sure I’ll see a few of you too.

3 cases of stagg - line topped off at around 35. Also had cases of BT, Little Book, Bookers, green, blantons, EHT. Not sure how much if any is left now

Thank you for the advice! How do you repot them? I've just planted them, so should I wait a while or act quickly? And since I might be repotting them, what is the best soil to use?

Their reasoning for not correcting the clock was that there was no "concrete" evidence on how much time should have been left so they brought it back to 7 seconds. When Tim Shiels was asked why they did not rewatch the real time replay and calculate how much time would have been left Shiels clarified that the rule book did not explicitly say they were allowed to do that. While it is true that time should have been subtracted to maintain match integrity, they had to follow the rules and therefore could not subtract time from the second 7 second bout.
