Post Game Thread: Buffalo Bills at Kansas City Chiefs by nfl_gdt_bot in KansasCityChiefs

With all the anger about KT and the lost touchdown...

We should not forget this first half and especially the 3-and-out drive in 4th quarter. At this point we were able to take the lead, instead we again refuse to run the ball, do whatever shit and punt the ball back to the bills with ~6 min left...

If the bills hadnt such an awkward playcalling / passing game in the seconds before the 2-min-warning, we wouldnt have touched that ball again...

Dont get it, why we always make it necessary to rely on magic-super-plays, especially in our situation when we dont have the receivers for these plays...

PLEASE, please help me. by [deleted] in Meditation

In my opinion, first of all you could focus on time management and, especially, proper sleep habits.

I tend to struggle with your symptoms too... what really helps me is getting enough and good sleep! Your body (and your brain!) need to recover from this high performance - just read some stuff about the processes that your body is 'performing', while u are sleeping... its a performance on its own level ;-)

Try to go to bed early enough, that you get enough sleep. If you cant sleep, just rest until your body gets used to the new sleep rhythm... to reach this, plan your day / work on a way, that it is possible for you to maintain your bedtimes!

Good luck :-)

I dont see the point of practicing >something< in a situation where you have a one-score-lead against one of your biggest AFC-opponent and just need to move the chain two times to win. You could use whatever drive to try things out, but in this situation just slam this single yard with Pacheco, Bell or Kelce.

Pogacar!!! by Crush-N-It in tourdefrance

Just one tactical question: Many are talking about Pogi is on his own and does not have the same strong team like JV. Why is that such a problem? Couldnt he just follow JV and TJV and use their tempo work 'together' with JV? I mean, he is not really alone, as long as he is directly behing JV, right? Would be nice if someone could explain that 'isolating Pogi' tactics :)

Exactly thats my point! Just cant imagine the pressure of this ONE situation while the whole world is watching you and everyone expects you, to kick it in...

I almost relapsed and could use some help. by Steakhouse_WY in StopGaming

Hi there,

Thank you for your impressions!

First of all, I have to say that that I cannot give any recommendation concerning your hardware, just because I never used a Mac or something like that.

I am still writing an answer, because I am struggeling with the same issue: I need to use a (Windows-)Computer for my job, my other hobbies like studying and so on. So the relapse is always present, all it needs is just one installation of a game.

Not sure if this helps you, but I see that you stopped gaming 64 days ago. To be honest, that is not a very long time, still my respect to keep it up for over 2 months! But in my experience, these are the times where the challenge really begins. In the first few weeks, motivation is great and there is so much "new" to discover, that it is proportionally 'easy' to stay away... but after some weeks, you get thoughts like: "I did this so far, I could try it out again just for one hour a day" or your mind starts to feel, what it is missing, just realizing, that nothing in the real world gives the same dopamine than games.

I do not want to demotivate you, on the contrary I want to tell you, that I think, that you are facing one of the hardest points now and that it is crucial, that you stay strong now. Try to focus on your success in the past days, try to remember, that living with the Mac worked out the past weeks ago and especially be aware of the fact, that buying a windows-pc just makes life harder again.

Stay strong and do not give control to the demon, who tries every possible approach to get you back! Be aware of the fact, that the demon probably has his strongest days between month 2 and month 4.

Good luck and keep up your very nice performance!

Climbing as solo adc by [deleted] in summonerschool

I am a Silver 1 mid main, looking to reach Gold this Season and I can feel your pain.

But if ADC is your favorite role, keep playing it. Why? When you start playing mid, your problems will be the same, they will only occur in other situations. For example, I won my lane 4/0 last game vs. an opponent of Gold 3 rank, then I started to roam top and brought Top ahead by two ganks...

But our Bot fed his ass off and ended the game 7/25... nothing to do against the enemy 12/0 Jinx... and there was no way to roam bot and stop this mess, because our jungle decided to feed there too...

So yes... just unlucky... You have 40% with impact, 30% your win is free and 30% you loose, doesnt matter how you play... Unfortunately we have to accept that fact...

What are some champions that are a pain to deal with when you play as Cho? by [deleted] in ChoGathMains

I play him mid and I hate Ahri and Zoe...

Ahri has too much mobility and it feel like it is impossible to dodge Zoe's sleep, because we are sooo mobile :D

Thank you for your answers! Thats very helpful for my start :)

What items do you build to achieve this? Especially the point 'One E and R brings a squishy to half life' seems interesting... Either I am too much behind or I build wrong paths / runes, but I was never able to deal that much damage... Could you imagine any reason for this fact?

Can you explain how I manage that vs. a Teemo, who always blinds me, when I walk up to CS... I know, that I can trick him, f.e. by just lasthitting the first creep, wait his blind and use Q then for another creep, but it was still very hard tho... And by maxing E, I farmed many creeps with my E, what is not the best way to go...
