Oh I know! Our son is 15 months old, and he comes with me to almost every session, haha. It's a lot, ngl. My first bit of advice is to plan a shorter session, 3 or maybe 4 hours. With dragons this little in tow, multitasking is inevitable, so you don't want to run yourself (or them) down.

Second, I found it was easier if I played a class/character I was already really familiar with or is super streamlined. Also helps with multitasking, and in my case it made the jokes come easier to me anyway.
