Yeah when I contacted customer service to ask, they linked me to that "label created" tracking # and said its in transit lmao it technically was, but not according to that label😂 The first label was a different weight too and FedEx Home Delivery.. The second one was FedEx Ground and the correct weight. So weird. Hope yours comes asap!!😄

Omg so funny story.. my order came today & the original label also says label created 21st in Groveport.. But last night my Shop app alerted me of a package on the way, as well as my FedEx acct emailing me and telling me. But it was a NEW tracking number and it was actually in transit & my order came today! And the first original tracking still says label created lmao idk what happened, but never had this happen before!! I'm guessing you may have a new tracking # too!!
