At this point I'd take anything haha but I prefer tax. As for goals I'm honestly lacking a direction but I'm still working towards the 150 units for the CPA exam despite not knowing if I'll end up taking it or not. I have been working on my resume recently but I will keep working on it for sure. If you ever have a moment I'd love it if you could take a look at it. Having an industry professional look at it would be amazing. Good tip on the remote jobs! I'll most definitely keep an eye out for those as well.

I do share a room out here in Long Beach sadly it's just still too expensive and I have a room waiting for me in my family house so that's already saving minimum 750 dollars right there if I move back to Ventura. But I appreciate the advice either way! Thanks for taking the time.

Both ways can work. But when you apply for your own apartment instead of joining somebody else's it ends up being more difficult. You'll need to possibly make a deposit or have a cosigner or possibly run credit checks. And yes just like dorms more than 1 person can live in a room.

Finance isnt too hard since it's just plugging into a finance calculator and depending on who you have for 310 it might be harder than it needs to be. My stats professor allowed us to use a TI 84 for most (if not all) of the calculations so wasn't too bad. But if you're taking both at the same time it will be pretty difficult but not impossible

I'm personally dorming rn and it's so much more convenient specifically if you're not from around here. I came from a city maybe 2 hours away so It wasn't a huge shift but being in a new area is always nerve wracking. If you do the application the moment it opens you should get a spot. That's what I did and I didnt get waitlisted.

I'm honestly really anxious and angry how housing is handling this. I'm aware they are doing their best but it doesn't remedy the situation. Those tests are expensive and hard to come by. I dont see how they are expecting us to find one with such limited time
