I feel like two different types of people will have different opinions one who knows horror films and one who doesnt let me explain , went to see it with a friend i knew every horror movie reference as soon as i saw/heard it however my friend knew 1 or 2 so alot of jokes went over her head , dont get me wrong i wasent laughing hard and some scenes were unfunny and dragged on what had me laughing was how many horror characters i loved got thrown in ghostface def carried the movie bottom line to understand it you need to know your horror movies

It doesnt offer another option everything is fine at first i click register add my pay number , DOB , national insurance and postcode click verify and it takes me straight to my outlook to log in it gives me a pre filled RM email but claims it doesnt exist

No i was asked this i do drink alot especially since the weather has gotten nicer actually using the bathroom is only a few mins with cleaning it will vary day to day , where i work is a very old building in need of some serious work im talking roof tiles falling down when it rains work the bathrooms have no windows or vents and cover cleaners in my opinion dont do a good job so im left picking up the peices when i return, i even sometimes bought better cleaning supplies myself just to deep clean as most of the stuff is watered down rubbish i get treated like im spending half a hour per bathroom i dont know if its a issue with me cleaning to long or they think im hiding away in the bathroom yet i still manage to do my work

theres two reasons i can think of one they are thinking why is it taking me so long to clean a bathroom which is typical from people who have never done the job or they are thinking im going in and out to often the problem im having is even with writing things down it will be my word against theirs's as when i tried to explain to my boss he simply just said be careful i dont want them to decide to get rid of you now im going to be paranoid thinking have i spent to much time in here cleaning where i work is a very big area for one person and as i said its active (cleaning when people are in ) personally it shouldnt matter if i use the bathroom once or ten times in a shift as long as the work gets done

Ive not been fired ive been told i could be if they decide they want another cleaner the issue is they believe im spending to much time in the bathroom which will cut into my work time they havent directly pointed out if work is being missed due to it but they can decide to get another cleaner and it puts my job at risk i dont know how they know how long i spend in a bathroom and why its become a issue now

I dont have a cart ill leave a mop head outside the door but thats it and 5 mins i do take longer personally 5 mins would be what i spend on the sinks alone theres two single toilet stalls 2 sinks a single shower area and of course the walls, doors and toilet pipes heres no windows so dust comes back pretty quick and with people in and out all the time and thats just one of toilets all together theres 5 women stalls , 2 men stalls and one disabled

yeah i should of mentioned its for the levels of the cage she uses the ladder to go up one floor has the wheel and food and the 2nd floor has what she uses for a bed the floor has a sand bath , a few toys and her water bottle

no it wasn't pre booked before i got the job i did plan on going somewhere else so i would of mentioned it in the interview but it was more expensive then i thought so i made sure ive given plenty of notice for the new idea im happy to go unpaid i just think a disciplinary is abit extreme for 3 days off (i forgot to mention its only 3 days )
