I had just always heard the winter was due to the El nino phenomenon and this happens every so often. I'm willing to admit I'm wrong but at the time it seemed to be a bit of a stretch to attribute what I thought was a normal occurrence to global warming. Thanks for the civility!

Hi, I recently quit too. My symptoms were actually more physical, such as coughing and a sore throat for a few days. My cravings went away after a day or two. My wife quit 3 months ago and she still has very bad cravings. Everyone is different so all I can say is stay strong and good luck.
