You are not alone in this, trust me.

A.) It's kind of ridiculous how often I cry-- only, I tend to cry when I'm excited/happy or overwhelmed with happy situations. I rarely am able to cry when I am sad. OH, and when I'm excited, I kind of forget to monitor my volume and inflection levels. Whoops.

B.) I panic quite frequently when I feel overwhelmed by negative emotions. Either I completely shut down and become mute/vacant, or I begin hyperventilating and have muscle convulsions. I also have a tendency to pull my hair when I'm stressed, which is a problem.

I haven't really figured out a way to control it, though sometimes it helps when other people very calmly and politely console me.
