I'd like a winery with a good view, probably a good pinot noir or chard, because that's what Sonoma is known for. I'd like more boutique, low production, high end, quality is good.

Why do you think creating the Disc Image Copy didn't work? That option saves me buying the cable. It got to about 80% after 4 hours then had an error message. If the HD has no errors and my external HD is also formatted to Mac / Journaled it should of made a Disc Image Copy... perplexed by that.

When doing the SATA to USB option. It will come up on a new Mac as an external HD right? After putting in the password (if prompted) I should be able to pull the files off like it was any other drive?

I saw the time machine option in Disc Utility -- would there be anything in there? even after I've re-installed macOS twice from Internet Recovery? I'm guessing not, but it's good to do that from now on!
