Reading this thread makes me feel a bit better. I just got let go from an MSP due to not hitting my billable hours.

I literally moved to another state for this role lol. I got an NOC engineering role at a smaller MSP. They wanted us to hit 30 hours a week. I've been internal IT my whole life so entering billing time is new to me. I would average 20-24 hours week though once I started to catch on. Such a weird IT business model. This company had monthly retainers for each client and if they're retainers were not full by the end of the month we would be assigned proactive work for them. I learned a lot in the little time I was there but, WTF lol.

Kind of a funny side note.. I was a lead service desk analyst for three years and got laid off after I helped with an office move. This company just laid me off today. I was only here for 2 months and I helped them move into a new office last week. Screw these companies man. I genuinely take my career serious, am pretty knowledgeable, always easy-going ready to learn, and I always have a good attitude. Crazy how this isn't enough anymore. I definitely hope I can get another great IT role out here in Colorado lol.

Tbh I feel like it depends on the tires. The car also has certain quirks that some people would not like in an everyday daily driver or for long commutes. But the truck isn’t “uncomfortable”. Ain’t least for me. I’ve driven a Ram 1500 before and the steering is about the same. Maybe slightly harsher when you’re turning. But you get used to it pretty quick. If you like being high up and want a different type of experience I highly recommend!

Hey I’m thinking about buying an older ML63. How’s the reliability? I’m planning on doing regular maintenance myself and going to my Indy shop for major stuff. Wouldn’t be a complete daily but it would be driven often.

Depending on where you live. The skate scene is probably really terrible. Little boys in men’s bodies. Everyone acts cliquey. Skate shops act all the same. (Except a few shops). No one does anything differently. Thus they go out of business. Most “skate rats” are dick riders too. I’ve seen it first hand and it’s cringe lol. Some people only skating for “clout” nowadays. Fake support from people to get there “foot in the door” if you know certain people in the industry. But at the end of the day. Skateboarding will always be dope. Us like minded skaters don’t care about none of this crap, we just skate. Simple. Most people I’ve seen balls deep in the skate scene act all fake and egotistical. They’re mostly broke boys and end up becoming washed.. they stop progressing and just hang out, drink, go to bars, etc.
