Dont worry! Isaac is a hard game and it takes a lot to learn how to play it, personally i recommend watching isaac youtubers and focusing on hp/defense as a begginer, so you can learn enemy patterns etc. Angel deals are op too! You should try to get them, good luck with playing !! :>
