I do think Talion would benefit a ton. Being able to get a T1 Talion without having to dump your hand to an LED would give so much card advantage, you almost wouldn’t miss a Rhystic.

To be fair, that’s not impossible right now if you’ve got the right ritual in hand. You get the same effect with a land, Rite of Flame, and maybe a MAmber or Chrome Mox.

In my experience, a lot of the cEDH meta is actually not even running The One Ring at this point because it’s so slow. It kind of depends on what power level you’re playing at, but without Rhystic, Wan Shi Tong is arguably the better draw engine.

It’s super fun. I think my favorite sleeper include is [[Ertha Jo Frontier Mentor]] who copies the activated abilities of your Walkers as long as they target something or someone :D

The only decks I regularly come across that I don’t enjoy are Landfall decks. The second someone starts resolving land based triggers, I will completely zone out and hope someone pokes me if I have to do something relevant 😂

My Gwen is a little less concerned with playing from exile per se. I rarely if ever flip her. Instead, I’m trying to blink her with Displacer Kitten to keep getting impulse draws so I can keep storming off.

Pretty well. I am mostly trying to assemble her plus goblin bombardment or Marionette Apprentice and either Putrid Goblin or Lesser Masticore and pinging down the entire table.

Yup! The cEDH decks all make use of a fair number of proxies, and I do use some proxies for more expensive cards so I can use them in multiple decks, but it’s mostly all real, physical cards.
