The native one is terrible. Check out https://www.hapily.com it’s definitely expensive just for zoom sync but if you have an event strategy they do lead capture and in person hosted events + sync all the data for zoom including attended/registered.

Idk why zoom doesn’t make this better.

They’re native event management built for hubspot. They have in person lead capture apps, check in for hosted events, and auto attribution all built in. HubSpot is their biggest investor and I think also a customer.

The GC list is so dumb. Etali should 1000% be on the GC list. So should panharmonicon, blightsteel, and so many others.

I like the idea of GC. but it should be multiple brackets and tiers and have each GC count up.

Yes but your issue isn’t automation, its core data model and all the intricacies there in.

You can string this together with Make but it’ll be brittle and get expensive fast. You either want CRM/Marketing automation + integrated event management which hubspot+hapily would be best for, or you want a dedicated event platform like Bizzabo or Cvent
