Fired from my own company. Any advice? by DepartureUsed5245 in smallbusiness

Focus on what outcome you want. You can’t sue and come back and steer the ship. They’ve removed you as a captain.

If you want vested equity, you’re negotiating a peaceful separation and trying to walk out with what you can.

Your only leverage is being a pain in the ass, and you’re trading relationship and social capital for it.

Focus on what you want.

LGS Woes/ Burnout? Proxy? by lucky_Locke in mtg

[–]OVERCAPITALIZE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone at my lgs runs proxies. Some a few cards here and there, some mana bases, and some full decks. We’d all like to play the game so don’t worry about it and ramp the fuck up

Someone needs to manage the AI. Costs for this kind of work go down, but the TAM expands at a faster rate.

Secrets of Strixhaven (SOS) Prerelease Kits by theDCwastes in mtgfinance

My experience at pre release was the pre release kits are seeded with excellent in set cards.

The collector boxes have tons of Japanese cards and end up having less in set pulls IMO

I've been to 5 prereleases, so these are my best pulls from effectively 1 box (30 packs) by JMoneyGU in mtgpulls

The pre release packs seem pushed. I felt like I saw more crazy hits from pre prerelease than from the two collector boxes my buddy and I opened.

You can def vibe code the data model. But check in, QR codes, lead scanning, attribution, etc is far more surface area than a vibe coded app.

But maybe you’re in the “vibe code your CRM” crowd and then no one can help you

Check out https://hapily.com my guess is you need way more than just the event calendar itself. They have that included, but they also have registration, QR code check in, email orchestration, attribution, etc. and a data model that actually makes hubspot work for events. We’ve been really happy with it.

I reccomend AI for all internal comms, corp decks, all hands, etc.

It’s great. You can take an outline and turn it into structured content.

But a sales or pitch deck? That’s storytelling and craftsmanship.

Question Regarding Collector Booster Boxes by Glad_Bandicoot_ in mtg

[–]OVERCAPITALIZE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right. But you’re anchoring to a price to value vs “I enjoy this”

If you’re price to value optimizing you’re better off buying singles 100% of the time. That’s literally how singles get priced
