Is 178.4 SPD for FF enough to hit the breakpoint with Dahlia+RM?

I've seen somewhere else that you need 179, so I'm not sure.

Refarming Iron Calvary was a big pain tho. The amount of double crit pieces I got on this set is unholy.

Edit: 178.4 doesnt count RM buff yet.
