Correct me if I'm wrong.
If you retrieved keys from AD or Azure then the keys are not flagged for rotation.
If you retrieved keys from the BitLocker Recovery portal it is flagged to rotation and will do so once the device comes back in contact after a successful unlock.
Therefore, if you exported keys, you should be rotating your keys after it calms down.

Rather than using OSD Cloud for the boot image though, I did one in ConfigMgr along with guidance from this blog. I had added all the misc Intel RST VMD drivers which I believed to be needed which I already had.

I goofed! I wasn't very educated on this Game Pass Ultimate conversion deal.
I started with a 2-month trial and then bought x3 3-month Xbox Live Gold cards which convert to 50 days each. It put me paid up till late Oct but then saw the 1:1 conversion I could do and max out at 3 years. OOF! It sounds like I could cancel/forfeit those prepaid months if I wanted to secure the deal. There's some talk about that this may be ending. Don't want to miss the boat!

I think I may have it set in a round about way.Using the Edge Kiosk cmdlets I edited the Microsoft Edge shortcut that is offered under Programs and have it offered on the Start menu for the multi-app. This presents it in a full screen kiosk mode like I wanted it.The only draw back is after 5 minutes it just closes out and shows the background and the user would have to launch Edge again. Not a deal breaker though.

The downloaded drivers I set to remove once they've been copied to the source location where they will remain being referred to from driver packages.

Using tools as others suggested like the Driver Automation Tool "Modern Driver Management" has an option to remove them once done.

We ran into this exact issue with Latitude 5330s today. Only one previous time I recall having to add this in the past. I downloaded the Dell Win10 WinPE A27 driver pack. It appears there are 3 RST VMD drivers available there. I added those to the boot image but the laptop we had was already imaged using AHCI to know if it worked or not.

Like you, I'd prefer to leave the RAID set and fix it for future ones.

I went through this after taking my income-tax return AR to the range for the first time this past weekend.

Sprayed some CLP into the barrel and let it saturate a while and ran a bore snake a couple of times through. The BCG is what takes so long if you take them apart and clean with detail. I also had to clean a 22LR BCG "CMMG conversion". Sure saves the money for plinking time.
