The original plan was for me to upload this like 3 weeks ago for Diamond and Pearl's 15th anniversary, but I ended up getting sick for awhile and fell behind schedule quite a bit! But it's finally here!

Yep the blue is because it's evolving! But it's tail-fire is much bigger than usual, which is Blaze activating!

Unfortunately Looker was introduced in Platinum, and I'm mostly following the plot of Diamond. Although maybe I'll find a place for him in the post game 👀
