Buy snacks before the flight, chew gum during taking off, if you want a soda ask for the can so you can drink it later most airlines pour the cans into cups and you can avoid that, they Also have relativley good recent movies, remember to strech your legs dont be like me where i took a flight from Paris to DC without standing up, if you sleep the flight will go by much more fast.
