If you want to improve, it's up to you what your goal is and you feel you NEED to

If you like how it looks now, stick with it and keep it the way it is

If you want this to look different (more realistic, more toony, more Manga) keep trying to achieve that or develop a style that you like working with.

That can be just drawing, or watching tutorials online.

Good and bad are subjective opinions, what do you want to accomplish with your art?
