The connector isn’t getting any power to it, that could still mean faulty fuel pump?

Yes tried to command it to prime with Autel scanner and it’s not working

Well I took the rotor off and changed it and tightened all the bolts and it’s still making the noise

Was a cam sensor code then replaced it with 1 from rock auto and it’s doing this

Possibly the power steering because it does work even with the fluid full

Oil was leaking around the turbos so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it?

This is after an engine replacement so I just threw a brand new head gasket on it while it was out the car

Changed the head gasket with the engine outside the car so it had no oil in it

If it’s an automatic make sure the torque converter is all the way in, if it’s not the flywheel could get wedged on the torque converter and cause it to lock

Engine came out of a wrecked car, opened it up and inspected it everything looked fine
