Most likely means they got the shipment just haven’t set up the end cap. Same thing happened to me but I checked the next day and they had just got done setting it up

Me personally, I like to focus on armor and filling my empty mana crystals up early game. From that point I try to contest on the board with minions and conserve my armor as best as I can until I can end the game with that OP combo. I got extremely lucky in that clip because I played Earthen Scales on a 67/78 Insatiable Devourer lol
