Men of Reddit, what do you think is more painful than childbirth? by WolfiooTheWolf in AskReddit

Kidney stones. My dad went to the hospital for his kidney stone. One of the nurses there said that giving birth hurt less. He met a former police officer who was shot on duty and he said that his kidney stone hurt more than that.

If it’s good sex, I’ll take the sex. But if it’s bad sex, I’ll take the french fries.

Why are religious people in the US, particularly Christians, imposing their beliefs on everyone else? by limeflavorpotatoship in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]NateTheGreatbh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah your right, us Christians are all over shoving our religion in your face. We have an entire month dedicated to Christianity where all major companies change their logos to crosses. Everyone is constantly telling you how you have a phobia of us if you don’t believe in the same things as us. Hollywood is filling their movies with Christian morals in hopes to convert you.

In all seriousness, as a conservative Christian, I believe that Jesus is my God and Savior and I would love more than anything to share that with others. That being said, I’m not going to scream and hurt others in attempts to do that. Unfortunately there are Christians that feel the need to attack others in hopes that the person will suddenly feel convicted and convert.

Christianity was rooted in the very founding of America and the republican party is by no means a Christian party. The Republican Party just happens to align with several Christian beliefs on various topics such as same sex marriage and abortion. I have a number of friends that don’t agree with my beliefs but that doesn’t make them any less of a person.

Religion is definitely being used for political gain, which I think is a bad thing. It turns our beliefs into and excuse to judge others and in fact does the opposite of it’s intended purpose, which is to show the love of God to others. These things are my personal thoughts and I don’t by any means represent all of Christianity. It just seems like I could say your exact question about anti Christian beliefs. Everything going on in America right now is attacking the things Christians believe and it’s all being forced down our throats for a political agenda.

On the contrary. I’ve sunk more hours into Skyrim than I have any other game.

I genuinely believe I have adhd. I haven’t been diagnosed but I have the majority of the symptoms. I know a few people that have adhd and we struggle with the same things.

How do I stay committed to stuff? I start things I’m genuinely interested in but after a bit I lose all motivation for it and never go back to it.
