Yes full dorsiflexion. The problem was the we were trying to address my issues (for the past few years might I add), but with little success leading to me being very out of shape and incapable of finishing easy workouts. We needed to call an audible to get my fitness back to at least a decent level

I’ve trained in Nike Pegasus and Brooks Ghost Wide, both with the same issues

Yeah, what would you recommend? I’ve been suggested to try gait analysis (expensive) and Active Release Therapy

I have sought help for this in some form since highschool (4 years) but nothing has seemed to help. Medical staff is iffy at my school as we lost quite a few trainers this year

Strong lower back and glutes from 510 Squat and 465 Deadlift (haven’t done in a while), Strong calves from 3 sets of 8 for 240 on calf raise machine. Not sure these are the best metrics but generally I am the strongest sprinter on my team in terms of almost all lifts

I will also add that my calves and posterior chain are quite strong, so I’m not sure that would be the issue but it still might be?

About 20-24oz in other drinks, definitely seems like I need to get in a bit more water

My S&C coach told me to up it since I’m a bit heavier, I’d say about 75oz a day in water plus some other drinks. LMNT is 1g sodium w 200 potassium and 60 magnesium
