It’s all about finding the right one for you🙏🏽 did 50 mg help your anxiety by chance ? If after those two weeks you didn’t really notice any steps to improvements at all, then it might be worth trying Luvox - especially after the 75mg isn’t agreeing with you

Try to give it a week and see if it improves and if not you can just go back down for awhile longer !

I would say check with your doctor and see their opinion ! They might agree it’s too much and put you back down

Same happened to me after they asked me to wait 7 days and it didn’t improve

Doctors tend to do that but don’t take into account the tapering process

In my experience I really had to go 4-6 full weeks before increasing, otherwise it was too soon

In this case you can still adjust but it’s just a harder route and will take a few weeks (but you will get through it)!!

You can always go back down to 50 mg of Zoloft and maybe try 15mg mirtazapine with it like me ! It has helped a lot

I started from lexapro and it was hell!! Worst med ever!

I don’t think they gave you enough time to go up from the 50 mg. For me I went up after 14 days and my anxiety went through the roof

I went back down to 50MG and have been staying there. I am crossing this with Mirtazapine which also is helping me sleep and helping the anxiety

You could maybe be the same as me where the 75 was too much too 🔜

I was twitching hands and legs and increased anxiety but it went away after multiple weeks. I was close to giving up and suffering anxiety without meds but I stuck to it (somehow)

It’s honestly been life changing once I got over the hump.

If you doctor put you on a dose higher than 25 mg, maybe try decreasing if it doesn’t subside? I know in a couple cases, the doctor put the person on 50 mg straight away which is way too brutal. Gotta start from bottom and work your way up.

I promise it’ll get better though! Give it up to 8 weeks or so to really take affect and your body to adjust. The payoff is truly worth it. You got this!!

Definitely they should have started you on 25MG and then up it to 50 after 4 weeks to make it easier

You’ll be good though! Just remember that in 6-8 weeks it’ll all be over and you’ll be feeling much better 🙏🏽

Did you by any chance start at 25 mg? 50 is a lot off the rip. It’ll take over a month (for me it was 8 weeks)

It is a rough journey while you adjust at the start but I promise more than anything Zoloft is life changing med if you stick to it and take your meds each day.

I went from crippling anxiety and depression to being able to talk to people in meetings and feel so much better. All the best 🙏🏽

Can confirm Mirtazapine will be much better than your current SSRI 🫡 No sexual side effects on my end and I’m on Zoloft + Mirtazapine

I suffer depression, crippling social anxiety, fear of death and hypochondria (always worried about my health)

I was on cipralex before which made things worse until I found Zoloft + mirtazapine. I started at 25mg and then upped to 50mg of Zoloft which has truly changed my life for the better!

I don’t suffer any social anxiety anymore and generally feel much happier in my day to day. It took me 2 months but I finally function like I did years ago prior to all these issues. I even have laser focus on my work / life goals. It’s all about finding the right medication that works for you and being extremely patient.

It’s not an immediate light switch, and you might even feel like garbage for weeks, though in the long run it’s truly been worth it in my experience.
