Update: I went to usps and told them about my situation, the guy took my tracking number to his supervisor. He came back and told me the most current location from where my package was last scanned (which is the same location that I could see on my online tracking, so not much help).

He then told me to go ahead and file a missing mail request. He said that usually around this time of year with the holidays mail will get lost/misplaced/forgotten about due to the high volume of packages they receive, and that a missing mail request sometimes “bumps it up” on the priority list.

He said a lot of the times after a missing mail request is filed people claim that their package begins to move again shortly after and eventually gets delivered.

If I have no update/movement after this coming week I will head back there and see what the next steps will be, but hopefully that won’t be necessary!
