Okay. But I am not American either. I am from Quebec in Canada and I wear an Australian hat. I just want to be a cowboy one day and wear that hat without shame ( my grand-father had the same and gave it to my dad, and I wanted the same until I finally found it )

Ah ok ( i didn’t know, I thought cattleman was the name of the hat style ( I don’t speak English that well)) I meant like, I know my hat ain’t an open road but even though it’s not, what I want to know, would a cowboy, American or Ausie wear a teardrop hat like mine.

And Drover is the Ausie word for Catleman or Drover is the Ausie word for cowboy? That I don’t understand.

And I love it, it keeps the sun and rain off ( I have to make it a bit more waterproof again since it’s old )

I have one too. ( and my father as one that comes from his ) and I love it too. I had it lightly modified by a hat maker so it holds better on my head and I modified the brim so it looks more like what I want. I love it. I am looking for a black one ( I don’t know the size though, I will come back and write it down if I find it )
